- • Information you provide directly to Viasocket is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the Services or as required by law.
- • Data processed through Walkover-powered features (AI Agent Development and Workflow Automation) may be retained in line with Walkover's retention and deletion policies, which are outside our direct control.
- • When you request deletion of your data, we will remove or anonymize it from our own systems where technically feasible and forward such requests to Walkover where applicable.

In Short: We implement reasonable security measures for data we collect and manage directly.
For features that depend on Walkover, security measures are also governed by Walkover's infrastructure and policies. While we take steps to partner only with trusted providers, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of data once it is processed within Walkover's systems.

- • For data processed directly by Viasocket, we will handle these requests internally.
- • For data processed through Walkover features, we will coordinate with Walkover to facilitate your request, subject to their policies and technical limitations.

We take data security and privacy seriously. We retain personal and business data collected through our Services only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in our Terms and Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
Please note: Certain data processed through AI Agent Development and Workflow Automation features is handled via our technology partner, Walkover. As such, retention and deletion of data related to these features are also subject to Walkover's data policies and technical limitations.
When you request deletion of your data, we will:
